Chris finds himself in the right spot as a herd of mule deer file over a ridge and right on top of him, containing a rutting buck that doesn’t notice him until it is too late. Unfortunately, Chris failed to push record on his head camera, but luckily Shawn had his on and running, which he removed from his head and zoomed in to get some incredible footage.

John spots, stalks, self films and muzzle-loads a nice management buck in one of the most beautiful settings on earth, as Chris films from behind. John chooses to keep it sporting with a traditional Hawken Style muzzleloader. After spotting the buck below a cliff, they move into range and wait for the right moment to squeeze the trigger.

Chris spots, ambushes, films and arrows a heavy, old mule deer buck, dropping him with one shot to an artery.  Another shot is needed to quicken the death, so viewer discretion advised. This video is 100% Film It Yourself with the Solvid Head Cam Strap and a cheap digital camera.
