Solvid Universal Head Camera Mount: Lifetime Warranty
The Solvid Head Camera Strap and Mount carry a lifetime warranty. If you find a part to be defective, we will fix or replace it. If you are wearing parts out, then we want you back filming as quickly as possible. This warranty shall be limited to products under normal use. Solvid LLC will determine if a product has been misused, altered or modified, in which case this warranty shall be void.
Other Solvid Products: 2 Year Warranty
Solvid warrants all their products to preform without fail for two (2) years. If you should run into problems with any Solvid Head Cam System product, please contact us here: Contact or email SolvidSystems@gmail.com. We will work to get you back filming it yourself in no time. Even if you have had it more than 2 years, please contact us. If you are wearing parts out than you are using it hard and we want to get you filming right away.
If you are unhappy with your purchase of any Solvid Products, we will refund you the purchase price within one month of the transaction date. The item(s) must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip, in new condition and sent to Solvid at the address to the right. Please also state the issue so we can make improvements.
