The cell phone adapter turns almost any smart phone into a head camera when paired with the CamStrap universal head cam mount. Many cell phones take incredible footage, but require a head mount to use them hands free. This adapter fits most standard sized smart phones including iPhone and the Samsung Galaxy. The spring loaded mount adjusts to fit a wide range of cell phones from 2.25″ to 3.5″. We have tried many more expensive mounts, but this is the easiest, most secure, safest for the phone and very light weight.

While cell phones capture high quality footage, they do not have much for image stabilization. For this reason, the best hands free footage will be captured from the steadiest part of a shot; this would be your head! Plus, this way the camera films wherever you look. Cell Phone mounts that attach to a weapon experience a lot of recoil at the shot, rendering the video nearly useless and are not necessarily aiming where you are looking.
